How to copy data from one guidebook to another

Save time by duplicating content across one or multiple Sunver guidebooks in just a few clicks.

With Sunver, you can easily copy information from one guidebook to one or many others.

This is especially useful if you manage multiple properties with similar information and want to avoid reconfiguring everything manually.

You can copy many types of content, including:

  • modules and module categories

  • surroundings and local recommendations

  • FAQs

  • menu items (restaurant, drinks, etc.)

  • photos

  • pop-ups

Why use the copy data feature?

The copy data feature allows you to:

  • configure content once

  • reuse it across multiple guidebooks

  • keep your information consistent

  • save a significant amount of time

It’s ideal if several accommodations share common rules, services, menus, or recommendations.

The process only takes a few seconds.

A powerful feature for multi-property setups

This feature is particularly useful if:

Instead of repeating the same setup again and again, you do it once and duplicate it wherever needed.
