How to send specific instructions after a payment

Automatically share access details or instructions as soon as a guest completes a payment.

Do you offer products or services that guests can access independently after payment?

For example:

  • A fridge with drinks or local products

  • A washing machine paid per use

How to add custom instructions after an order

  1. Log in to your Sunver dashboard

  2. Open the module containing the product or service

  3. Click on the service (e.g. “Local wine bottle”)

  4. At the top, click Action

  5. Make sure a price is set

  6. Scroll to the bottom of the page

  7. Fill in the field:
    “Additional information displayed in the user confirmation email”

What can I write in this field?

This is where you give practical instructions after purchase.

Examples

🔐 The code to open the box containing the wine bottle is 0123.
Please close the box properly after use.

🎁 You’ll find the laundry room key in the wall box next to the entrance.
The code is 4567.

When a guest places an order and completes the payment:

  • They receive an automatic confirmation email

  • Your custom instructions are displayed directly in that email
