What is it?
The Print QR code poster feature lets you generate a custom QR code or shareable link for your guidebook (or for any specific page within it), and print a ready-made poster to display for your guests.
💡 Did you know? You can also order ready-to-use QR codes directly from Sunver (custom colors, flexible formats, premium materials, and more). [Visit our shop →] If you'd rather print your own, this feature is available for free and offers full customization.
How to use it
1. Select your guidebook
If you manage several guidebooks (dozens or even hundreds), you can choose which one to generate the poster or link for, all from the same place.
2. QR code redirection
Choose exactly where your QR code or link will lead:
The home page of your guidebook
A specific page within your guidebook (for example, the Wi-Fi info, the restaurant menu, or your upsell catalog)
Once the destination is set, you can either copy the link or download the QR code.
3. Template and format
Pick from our ready-made poster templates, designed to be clear and easy to use:
Format: choose between A4 or A6
Color: pick a color that matches your brand
Typography: choose the font style
Text and arrows: edit the wording shown on the poster and customize the visual cues
Tips & good to know
Use a page-specific QR code to direct guests straight to the right info (great for a menu QR code on a restaurant table, or a Wi-Fi QR code in a guest room).
A4 is ideal for wall display, A6 works well for in-room cards or welcome packs.
