Booking.com hides my Sunver link — what should I do?

Booking.com may block links in its messaging system. You can easily authorize your Sunver link in a few minutes.

Why does Booking.com block my link?

Booking.com sometimes automatically hides external URLs shared in guest messages, including Sunver web app links.

This is a security measure on their side — not an issue with Sunver.

The good news: you can whitelist Sunver once, and your links will work normally.


Step by step: allow your Sunver link on Booking.com

💡 This setup must be done for each property you manage on Booking.com.


Step 1: Access your Booking.com Extranet

  1. Log in to your Booking.com Extranet

  2. Go to Property

  3. Click Messaging preferences


Step 2: Open security settings

  1. Click Security settings

  2. In the section Approved links, click Add a link


Step 3: Add Sunver as an approved link

  1. Enter the following URL:
    app.sunver.app

  2. Click Add link


Step 4: Done ✅

Your Sunver web app links are now approved for this property.
Guests will be able to access your guidebook without restrictions.
