My guidebook translation doesn’t work — what should I do?

Check your language settings and manually launch the automatic translation.

Why isn’t my guidebook translated?

Translations on Sunver are automatic, but they are not triggered by default.
You don’t need to translate anything manually, but you must launch the translation once after your content is ready.


Step 1: Check enabled languages

  1. Go to your Sunver dashboard

  2. In the left sidebar, open My guidebook

  3. Click Configuration

  4. Open the Languages tab

  5. Select the languages you want to activate

  6. Click Save

Your guidebook is now ready to be translated, but translations are not generated yet.


Step 2: Launch the automatic translation

  1. Stay in My guidebook

  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the left sidebar

  3. Click Automatic translation

  4. Click Translate my guidebook

The process may take a few minutes depending on your content.
You can close the window while it runs.


Important to know

  • Activating languages does not automatically translate the content

  • The Automatic translation button must be clicked once

  • Once launched, everything is translated automatically
