Manage your personal account, your notifications, your subscription, and the referral program from one menu.

What is it?

Click on the My account button at the top right of your dashboard to access a menu with 4 options to manage your account and your subscription.

1. Edit my account

Customize your personal account as a Sunver dashboard manager.

You can update:

  • First name and last name

  • Email address (used for login)

  • Phone number

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

Enable two-factor authentication to add an extra layer of security to your account.

🔒 What is 2FA? Two-factor authentication asks for a verification code (sent to your phone or email) on top of your password every time you log in. It's the most reliable way to protect your account from unauthorized access. We strongly recommend enabling it to keep your account secure.

Push notifications

Enable push notifications to receive alerts directly on your device (phone, tablet, iPad, etc.), just like with a native app.

You'll be instantly notified of:

  • New orders

  • New messages

  • And other important events

Push notifications come in addition to email notifications and help you react faster.

2. Join the referral program

Recommend Sunver and earn money for every new customer you bring in.

It's simple:

  1. Follow the steps in the referral menu

  2. Share your referral code with anyone who might be interested: hotels, vacation rentals, campsites, concierge services, and more

  3. Earn rewards every time someone signs up using your code

3. Stripe customer portal

Manage your subscription directly from the Stripe customer portal:

  • Access and download your invoices

  • Update your billing information

  • Adjust the number of guidebooks or rooms in your subscription

  • Pause or cancel your subscription

Everything is managed in one place, in just a few clicks.

What if the link doesn't work?

In rare cases, Stripe may need some time to sync your data, especially right after:

  • subscribing to a new plan

  • changing your subscription plan

If this happens, you can access your Stripe customer portal directly via this link: https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/5kA17Y7OG49s7rq3cc

You'll be asked to enter the email address used when subscribing to Sunver. Once confirmed, you'll be redirected to your personal customer portal.

4. Log out

Log out of your Sunver dashboard on the current browser.

Tips & good to know

  • We strongly recommend enabling 2FA to protect your account, especially if you manage multiple guidebooks or several team members.

  • Push notifications are a game-changer if you handle messages and orders from your phone. You won't miss a single guest request.

  • Use the Stripe customer portal anytime: you don't need to contact our team to update your billing or change your subscription.
