What is it?
You can now manage your subscription and your number of guidebooks entirely on your own, with no need to contact us. Add a new guidebook, upgrade your plan, or reduce your subscription in just a few clicks.
Adding a new guidebook
The most common case: you manage several properties (for example as a property management company) and want to add a guidebook for a new property. You have two options.
Option 1: Duplicate an existing guidebook (recommended)
This is the fastest and most common way. It copies an existing guidebook so you don't start from scratch.
1. Go to My guidebooks in your dashboard.
2. On the guidebook you want to copy, click the three dots, then Duplicate guidebook.
3. You'll be asked to manage your subscription to make room for the new guidebook. Click Manage my subscription.
4. You'll land in your Stripe customer portal. Click Update.
5. Adjust the quantity: click + to add the number of guidebooks you need (for example, +1 for one new guidebook). You can also upgrade here, switching to annual billing or moving from Starter to Gold.
6. Click Continue. Stripe shows the prorated amount to pay.
7. Click Confirm and pay. Your subscription is updated (for example, from 2 to 3 guidebooks).
8. Close the window, go back to Sunver, then refresh the page.
9. You'll see an unassigned offer. Assign it to your new guidebook, and it instantly switches to Gold.
That's it: in a few seconds you've added a new Gold guidebook, duplicated from an existing one.
Option 2: Create a guidebook from scratch
If you'd rather not duplicate an existing guidebook, click Create a new guidebook at the top right. The mechanism is the same, you just start from a blank guidebook instead of a copy.
Reducing your subscription
Want to remove a guidebook from your plan? Here's how.
1. Go to My guidebooks and find the guidebook concerned.
2. Click the offer selector (it shows Gold or Starter), then select No offer to remove its offer assignment.
3. You'll now see one unassigned guidebook, the others still assigned.
4. Click Manage my subscription.
5. In the Stripe portal, lower the quantity (for example, from 3 to 2).
6. Click Continue. Stripe shows the prorated invoice.
7. Confirm. Your subscription is reduced automatically.
8. Back in Sunver, refresh the page: your number of available offers is now updated.
💡 Good to know
Adding or removing guidebooks is always prorated by Stripe, so you only pay for what you actually use.
