Why does Sunver use Stripe Connect?
Sunver is integrated with Stripe Connect, a technology that allows you to receive payments directly on your own Stripe account.
Important to know:
✅ Sunver does not take any commission on payments
💳 Stripe applies its standard processing fees (this is unavoidable)
💰 Payments go directly to your Stripe account, not to Sunver
This setup ensures full transparency and control over your revenue.
How to connect Stripe to your guidebook
Connecting Stripe only takes a few minutes.
Step 1: Open your guidebook settings
Log in to your Sunver dashboard
In the left sidebar, open My guidebook
Click Configuration
Open the Integrations tab
Step 2: Activate the Stripe integration
Check the box Enable integration
Click Connect with Stripe
Follow the steps to log in to your Stripe account
or create one if you don’t have it yet
Step 3: Confirm the Stripe account
Once the connection is completed, you will see a confirmation page.
⚠️ Important step
Make sure to click the button:
“Use this Stripe account for this guidebook”
This action confirms that the selected Stripe account is linked to this specific guidebook.
That’s it ✅
Your Stripe account is now successfully connected.
You can start accepting payments immediately on this guidebook.
Important: one Stripe connection per guidebook
When you connect a Stripe account to a guidebook:
it is only active for that guidebook
it is not automatically applied to your other guidebooks
This gives you flexibility, for example:
using different Stripe accounts for different properties
separating revenue by location or business entity
Managing Stripe across multiple guidebooks
If you manage many guidebooks and want to:
connect the same Stripe account to all of them, or
duplicate a Stripe setup in bulk
