What is it?
The Information section is where you configure the essential details of your guidebook. It's the foundation of your guest app: it's used to identify your accommodation, display your contact details, and share key info like Wi-Fi access or opening hours.
The section is split into 5 sub-sections, all accessible from the same menu.
1. General information
The essentials of your guidebook:
Guidebook name: the name displayed to your guests
URL name: the custom part of your guidebook's URL, added after
app.sunver.app/guest/Type: select the type of accommodation (vacation rental, campsite, hotel, or other)
Welcome title: the title shown on your guidebook's home page
Email and phone number
🌐 Want to use your own domain? You can replace app.sunver.app/guest/ with your own custom domain (for example: myhotel.com/welcome-guidebook). Contact our team to set it up.
2. Address
For physical locations (accommodation, hotel, reception, etc.), enter your full address. A direct Google Maps link is automatically generated, so your guests can easily find you.
3. Opening hours
Display the opening hours of your reception or your venue. Useful for letting your guests know when they can reach you in person.
4. Wi-Fi network
Share your Wi-Fi access in just a few clicks:
Network name
Username (optional, only if your network requires one)
Password
🏨 Multiple Wi-Fi networks? If your accommodation has different Wi-Fi networks (for example: one per room or apartment in a building), you can set up different passwords per location.
5. Internet and social networks
Add your website and social media links. They'll appear as icons in the footer of your guidebook, allowing your guests to easily find you online.
Tips & good to know
A clear and well-filled General information section helps your AI assistant give better, more accurate answers to your guests.
The URL name should be short, simple, and recognizable: it's what your guests will see when they share or save your guidebook link.
Keep your Wi-Fi info up to date. It's one of the most-asked guest questions, and well-configured Wi-Fi info dramatically reduces requests.
